Payment agreement and scholarships

Conscious Revolution is a Benefit Corporation and a Certified B Corp. Your financial support is making an impact.

Most programs have a set fee. In the case of sliding scale programs, we ask you to consider: What is the right amount for you? What are your financial means? Can you offer more so another person can join offerings in the Conscious Leadership Community? The majority of the program fee goes to paying facilitators to compensate for their contributions. Excess funds, if any, support making our future programs and events accessible to all those who would like to attend regardless of their ability to pay.

We do not want anyone to be turned away due to lack of resources and we intend for our offerings to be accessible to all leaders. We are also committed to fostering a community that is diverse and balanced. Need-based scholarships are typically reserved for BIPOC, LGBTQ+ folks and applicants from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

We do our best to find agreeable solutions for all, and though we cannot accommodate every request, we will always do our best, so please let us know what you may need.

Hiking Leaders

Steve, Kerem and Jon have hiked together in the Whites for many years.  Their personalities, experience, and world views engage, amaze, entertain and leave deep impressions everywhere they go.  Together, this is a trip you won’t want to miss.

Kerem Durdag

Kerem Durdag is currently Chief Executive Officer of GWI, a leading ISP/telco in Maine and was previously the CEO of a start-up leading it to growth and eventual acquisition by a public company; he has deep leadership experience in the tech, manufacturing eco-systems. He is also the founder and managing partner of the Indus Fund which works with banks to provide micro-loans to immigrant business owners. A long-time advocate for the inclusion of immigrant and refugee voices in societal conversation and extremely passionate about doing his part to close the economic and digital divide, he also serves on several Boards and is a member of the Maine angel investing community. He is also a published poet, librettist and can crank out Journey’s “Faithfully” without realizing Steve Perry cannot ever be surpassed.

Jon Robertson

A longtime pursuer of communal thriving in work, play, and being, Jon really looks forward to this event with Conscious Revolution.  As a partner, friend and dad, he is a strategic leader in the global manufacturing realm, specializing in automated systems for over 30 years.  Privileged to hike around the world including the Camino Frances, there are few more cherished events than hiking with friends and family in the White Mountains.
